Set on the southeast corner of Melbourne’s orthogonal centre city urban grid, the footprint of this 32-story tower forms a curve to establish an architectural transition at this key location. Gardens are set within the facade, which is faced with sunshades that progressively change orientation to enhance energy efficiency while suggesting the movement of the wind following the curve of the building’s form.
